2005 so far, is looking to be very expensive for us.
- Little green car needs new tires. Cost, about $180.
- Black VUE needs new tires. Cost, probably about $200, maybe more.
- Little green car’s transmission may finally be kicking the bucket. Cost, minimum of $500.
- Black VUE’s registration in March. Cost, about $250. Maybe $300. Not sure yet.
- Black VUE’s extended service warranty just expired when the odometer rolled over 60K miles. Cost for future services, $$$$
*whimper*
The bank account is going to royally hate us this coming year.
The only plus will be if/when we can finally refinance our 1st & 2nd mortgages in February, hopefully getting us back about $400-$500 a month.
I think the cars are scheming against us, knowing we may be coming into this extra money. Curses!
