...but I play one on TV.Seriously, though, one of my Yahoo e-mail addresses has been shanghai'd and is being used in sending spam. My account hasn't been compromised, but the address has.
Ironically, it's the account I created to use when I sign up on miscellaneous web sites and don't want to RECEIVE spam at my main e-mail account.
Even better, it's being used to proliferate some sort of worm or trojan. Nice, eh?
How did I discover this, you may ask? Simple. Hundreds of bounced messages (from mail servers reporting accounts that no longer exist), as well as the worms being sent BACK to my yahoo address.
Damn spammers. Damn worm/virus/trojan makers. Now my poor little Yahoo e-mail address is forever tainted.
