pictures, many pictures..

Well, even though we had up to four hours to wander in the Big Room and take pictures, we only spent about an hour there. Since that is a live cave, the humidity is at 98%. It was about 69 degrees inside, but with that much humidity, it feels like 80. Maybe even 85. It was quite warm. And damp.Anyway, we got plenty of pictures. I'm not sure how many Josh took, but I took over 90. I tried deleting the really bad ones as I went along so I wouldn't have too many blurry shots to sort through later, but there are still some of those I'll have to eliminate. Most of my blurry photos are the ones where I tried using the low-light setting. A very difficult task since the shutter stays open longer and you have to hold the camera really, really still. Tripods were not allowed inside so I had to make due by propping the camera on the hand-rails and trying my best to hold it steady.
Eventually I'll sort through the pictures and post a few here. Ninety pictures is a lot to go through, folks. So don't expect any really soon. ;o)
