the toilets here at work, and general bathroom etiquette

The toilets at work have a flaw that I hate. The bowl is shaped just so, that if toilet tissue or what-have-you is in just the right spot, it will not go down when the toilet gets flushed. This is not the same as a clogged toilet, this stuff just simply gets stuck on a level spot in the bowl and will not go down without help. eww.Here is where the etiquette comes in.... [this will be gross, so if you are touchy about toilet leavings and feminine hygeine products, do not read on..]
